Bookings/ Terms & Conditions
Important: Please ensure you read and understand the information below including ALL cancellation policies to avoid any problems with your charter.
The confirmation form at the bottom of this page must be completed & Submitted before your charter can be confirmed.
By submitting your confirmation form you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page.
NOTE: We require a credit card number to hold against your booking to cover any damage or unpaid items including bar tabs. Your credit card will be deleted from our booking system after the charter.
PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to departure.
Preferred method of payment is direct transfer to our bank account. Credit cards will incur 3% surcharge.
By paying the deposit you agree to all terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations between time of booking and up to 14 days from your boat charter incur a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of your boat charters will be charged a 50% fee.
Cancellations within 7 days or no shows will be charged 100%.
In the unlikely event that Foxy Lady Charters cancels, we will give you the option to rebook another date or have your deposit returned.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
A full safety brief will given at the start of each charter, we ask that you listen and take note and abide by what the captain says.
For the enjoyment of others this a non smoking vessel, vaping allowed in open outdoor areas only,
SEASICKNESS
If at any time you feel unwell please advise crew.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF, LATE ARRIVALS
Pick up and drop off of passengers is from the old wharf Matiatia, Waiheke Island. Other options are bottom end Waiheke island, Kennedy point, Waiheke Island and all close Auckland ports and wharfs. Extra charges will apply for these other options. If you are late to your booking unless you have contacted us to make other arrangements, we reserve the right to depart without you and you will not be entitled to a refund.
ALCOHOL
Foxy Lady Charters is fully licensed and has a cash/eftpos facility aboard. BYO alcohol to be discussed at time of booking, this will incur a per head fee
intoxicated people will not be served. All alcohol served will be in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
FOOD
Included in your charter is your choice of 1 option per charter being -
1. barbecue and salads, breads and dips
2. Substantial grazing lunch platter, breads and dips

There is a range of snacks available for purchase at all times. BYO catering to be discussed at time of booking
All food is prepared in the same kitchen so we cannot guarantee that we are 100% free of allergens
DAMAGES
Whilst we have full liability insurance for events that we are at fault. To the extent permissible by law we cannot be held liable for any personal injury or equipment loss or damage while on board. Neither can we be held for any disruptions to ongoing travel plans.
RIGHT TO EXPEL
We reserve the right to remove any intoxicated person or any person causing disruption to the other guests.
CHILDREN
Any minors on board are the full responsibility of their parent or guardian and must be supervised by them at all times
TOILETS
A toilet is located forward of the vessel, it is requested that ALL toilet paper and sanitary items, wet wipes and rubbish are NOT flushed into the toilet. Please put into the rubbish bin provided. Charges will apply if blockage occurs. Please adhere to the rules.
SWIMMING/ SNORKELING
This is not a supervised activity, if you are not a competent swimmer please make the crew aware of this. All minors will need to be supervised by parent or guardian Anyone wanting to snorkel must have water confidence

We use these forms of media for advertising please advise if you do not want your photo taken.
PRICING
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change at any time

We reserve the right to change these terms and cons without notice .
